I loved that we could easily walk to Laurel Park, giving us a perfect spot to enjoy a sunny afternoon, and having McAlister's Deli just a few steps away made it super convenient for grabbing tasty meals between our city explorations.

Our stay was truly memorable thanks to the accommodating staff, especially Amanda who resolved our card issues swiftly. The pancake machine at breakfast was a hit with the kids, and the balcony room gave us a lovely view to enjoy our morning coffee. Definitely our go-to stop next time!

We explored the Conway Dinner Theater and checked out some cool hiking trails nearby. The hotel had comfy rooms and great breakfast options. Plus, it’s just a quick drive to awesome spots. Perfect for group getaways!

One downside was that the TV in our room was tricky to operate, and we had to get help to figure it out. Not a dealbreaker but definitely something to improve.

Family with children, a mixed bag

The kids loved the heated pool, especially with the 40-degree weather. It kept them entertained for hours. Not to mention, the breakfast was a standout for the whole family, with egg white veggie omelets and pancakes that vanished within minutes.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but I guess it was acceptable for what we got.

However, the TV in our room was a hassle to operate and would cut off every 30 minutes. Also, the noise from kids running around the hallways made it tough to sleep. That said, the location was convenient and the surroundings felt safe, which I appreciated.
